About

This historic mid-century guest ranch, completed in 1946 after a decade of planning and construction, was the first of its kind in Texas. Designed by famed sharpshooter, horseman, and blacksmith Elmer Seybold, in collaboration with renowned architect Charles Dilbeck.

Resting atop a 150-foot cliff with breathtaking views of the Brazos River's bath bend, the lodge, cabins, guest rooms, and amphitheater were meticulously remodeled by Texas real estate developer Jaye Ryder Arsement, officially reopening in July 2020.

RYRR stands as a one-of-a-kind event center and vacation rental, boasting 22 Courtyard Guest Rooms & Suites, 3 Lodge Suites, and 3 Cabins, accommodating up to 83 overnight guests. Multiple unique event spaces offer the perfect setting for your special occasion. Additional amenities include a commercial kitchen, a 3500 sq. ft. river view lodge, a recreation cabin, a game room, outdoor sports/game courts, a boutique spa, a lounge, a museum, and ADA accessible guest rooms.

The newly constructed riverfront dock with a beach offers opportunities for picnicking, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boats, and fishing.
