Courtyard Suites
Courtyard Suite 1 & 2 and 3 & 4
Both uniquely decorated, these two suites offer an ideal retreat for families. Connected by a bathroom, each suite features a Queen bed on one side and two twin beds on the other (which can be converted to a king). Additionally, each room is equipped with its own mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee station for added comfort!

Ronald Reagan Suite
Ideal for families, this two-bedroom suite offers ample space for everyone to unwind. Connected by French doors, the suite features a bathroom in the main room. One bedroom is furnished with a King bed, while the other has two twin beds. Additionally, the suite is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee station for added convenience!
Barnhart Suite
Featuring a studio layout, this suite includes one King bed, a twin with a trundle, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. For your convenience, the room is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee station!
Great Lodge Suites
Jaye Bird Suite
This second-floor lodge suite boasts three bedrooms and two private patios, offering the option of a river or courtyard view. The spacious bathroom features a vintage clawfoot shower/tub combination. The main bedroom includes a king bed, a twin bed, a small seating area, and a TV. The second bedroom features three twin beds, while the third bedroom offers a king bed and a TV.
King David Suite
This second-floor lodge suite features two bedrooms and a private patio offering a picturesque courtyard view. The spacious bathroom includes a shower/tub combination. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a day bed, a fold-out bed, and a TV. The second bedroom offers a king bed, a twin with a trundle, and a TV.
Erma Fern Suite
Nestled on the ground floor, this lodge suite offers panoramic river views through its wall-to-wall windows. Conveniently situated adjacent to the Great Lodge, it features a private living room with a spacious mart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The main bedroom boasts a queen bed, a day bed with a trundle and a fold-out bed, while the living room provides two sofa chairs that convert into twin beds.

Prestons Place
Ideal for families! Step into the spacious, open family room and full kitchen. Adjacent to the family room is our expansive riverfront patio, offering stunning sunset vistas. The master bedroom features a king bed, a convertible couch for two twin beds, a temperature-controlled soaking tub, and full laundry facilities within the walk-in closet.
Bampa’s Cabin
Indulge in a romantic escape at our ranch! This one-bedroom cabin features a cozy family room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a luxurious walk-in shower bathroom. The bedroom offers a queen bed along with a single twin bed for added comfort.

• Please let us know if you are arriving later than 6pm so we can make arrangements for you.
Check-out: 11:00am.
• There is a $50 fee for lost or unreturned room keys.

We do not offer breakfast for individual stays, but catering is available for groups of 10 or more.
We are just 6 minutes from downtown Mineral Wells where you can find a variety of cafes and restaurants.

Each room will have a mini-fridge, microwave and K-Cup Coffee Maker.
We do supply a variety of K-Cups, Shampoo/Conditioner, towels and all linen.

$275 non refundable pet fee per pet. Pets are not permitted in the Courtyard nor are they free to roam or be left unattended in any space at any time.
Manager reserves the right to assign animal occupied rooms based on location, flooring, etc. If pet decrement is not properly disposed of or if any damage is done an additional fee of $300 will be charged regardless of pet's service status.
This fee is waived only for animals with service designations. Manager follows the ADA’s definition of service animals, meaning an animal specifically trained to perform a task for a disabled person and actually used by a person with a qualifying disability. Emotional support, comfort, and therapy animals are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. Any person with a permitted service or non-service animal (“pet”) must request approval in advance and have the animal supervised at all times.

If cancelled prior to 48 hours of arrival you will receive a full refund.
If cancelled within 48hrs of arrival you will be charged for one night stay + tax.

Smoking of any kind, including cigars and e-cigs, are only permitted at the fire pit in our outdoor recreation area.
Any evidence of unauthorized smoking such as wrappers, cigarette butts or e-cig cartridges will result in a fine of $250+.
